This thesis , based on a survey on the physique , socio - psychological factor and life style of the scientific and technical staff of nine scientific institutes of shanxi province , makes an investigation on the health condition of the scientific and technical staff of our province , by applying the methods of inquiry , measure and documentation etc . the results show that 79 % of shanxi ' s scientific and technical staff feel , more or less , some problems in their physical mechanism , which proves that their constitution is rather low compared with the average level of taiyuan ' s adult and possesses some obvious professional features . furthermore , the staffs discomforts in mechanism are mainly related with socio - psychological factors 結果表明:山西省科技人員中有79的人自我感覺有或多或少的機能不適;與太原市城市成年人體質平均水平相比,科技人員體質偏差,且有明顯的職業特征;此外,科技人員的諸多機能不適主要與社會心理因素有關,心態的積極與否在機能感覺方面差異顯著;體育運動對科技人員的影響主要表現在心理方面,參與運動者精神狀態明顯優于不運動者;科技人員生活習慣較合理,但參與體育鍛煉不科學,在增強體質的效果方面不明顯。
