Based on the identification of subject , object , princinpals and characters of risk management in venture capital , we go deep into investigating risk attitude and congnization of different venture capital firms , and find out there is significant difference of risk attitude and congnition existing in venture capital firms whose capital came from different sources 根據(jù)對風險管理主體、客體、原則、特點的界定,實證調(diào)查我國創(chuàng)業(yè)投資公司的風險態(tài)度及對風險管理的認知現(xiàn)狀,分析發(fā)現(xiàn)不同出資類型的創(chuàng)業(yè)投資公司在風險態(tài)度和風險管理重要性認識方面都存在顯著性差異。
Edward p . lazear has explicitly stated that there have existed two aspects of problems in the human resources management domain : one is insufficient understanding of the importance of human resources management in practice and the other is the existence of serious flaw in the available manpower resource management theory that it ( the theory ) could still not establish its system based on integral structure with organic relationship one another so that there is still lack of theoretical strut and full proofs for studies in many domains 愛德華?拉齊爾( edwardp . lazear )明確地表明了在人力資源管理領(lǐng)域存在兩方面的問題:一方面,在實踐中對人力資源管理重要性的認識不足;另一方面,現(xiàn)有人力資源管理理論存在著嚴重的缺陷,認為它尚不能把各種hrm (人力資源管理)制度建立在一個彼此具有有機聯(lián)系的整體性結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)之上,許多領(lǐng)域尚缺乏理論支撐和充分論證。
They include : ( i ) problems existing in development strategy of army listed companies , such as , replacing strategic plan with management plan ; lack of understanding for the importance of strategic management ; no development strategy at all in some companies . without strategic plan , a company can only have a partial understanding of the situation instead of a comprehensive one , just like the blinds feel the elephant ; ( ii ) the thesis intends to analyze the inside and outside factors of army listed companies to specify their development goal while taking suntime international as an example to have further analysis ; ( iii ) combining with strategic planning theory , the thesis tries to probe into the development strategies of the eight army listed companies . army listed companies can be divided into two categories : one category includes the four companies with suntime and new zhongji as their heads 本文主要論述兵團上市公司在發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略方面的有關(guān)問題,包括: (一)兵團上市公司在發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略上存在的問題,如:以經(jīng)營規(guī)劃代替戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,對戰(zhàn)略管理重要性認識不足,有的上市公司甚至沒有發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等等,缺少戰(zhàn)略的規(guī)劃就如同六個瞎子摸象一樣,只識局部不掌握全局,而這正是兵團上市公司在戰(zhàn)略研究方面存在的問題; (二)本文試圖通過分析兵團上市公司存在的內(nèi)部因素,外部因素,確定兵團上市公司的發(fā)展目標,并以新天國際為例作了進一步分析; (三)本文結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的理論,試圖對兵團八家上市公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進行探索,兵團的上市公司分為兩類:一是以新天國際,新中基為首的四家企業(yè),在本行業(yè)中經(jīng)營成熟,具備實現(xiàn)多元化的市場戰(zhàn)略的能力,并可以根據(jù)市場,產(chǎn)品的情況采取幾種戰(zhàn)略方式;二是其它企業(yè),在本行業(yè)中還存在著發(fā)展?jié)摿?,應集中力量在本行業(yè)中作強,應施行差異化戰(zhàn)略,名牌戰(zhàn)略,將自己的產(chǎn)品作強,進而在整個行業(yè)中作強,這些企業(yè)暫時不要去搞多元化戰(zhàn)略; (四)兵團企業(yè)能否做大還取決于能否持之以恒的戰(zhàn)略。
