The three - tank control system is consisted by two kinds of controlment that are the liquid - level control and temperature control . different control had different character , so we use different control strategy . in order to gain good quality of water level , we use fuzzy control strategy . in order to control the temperature of tank t2 quickly and smoothly , we use fuzzy pid strategy . at last we draw a interface of man - to - machine using rsview32 , from which we can monitor the process in industry 溫度控制采用模糊控制算法,液位控制采用模糊pid控制算法。最后用rsview32編制了一個人機界面,可以從此界面中監視生產過程的運行情況。三水箱計算機變頻控制系統采用變頻器進行電機調速后,耗費電能大大降低,同時由于控制策略選擇適當,系統運行比較平穩。
